Eligibility & License: Renters must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license at the time of pickup. An additional government-issued photo ID may be required for verification. International renters must present a valid passport along with an approved international driving permit, where applicable.
Insurance & Liability: All rentals require valid insurance coverage that meets state minimum requirements. Renters are fully responsible for any damage, theft, traffic violations, tolls, or fines incurred during the rental period. Optional protection plans may be available at the time of booking to reduce out-of-pocket liability.
Fuel & Vehicle Return: Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup. The vehicle should be in clean, undamaged condition, excluding normal wear and tear. Additional charges may apply for refueling, excessive cleaning, or repairs beyond standard usage.
Usage Restrictions: Vehicles may not be used for racing, towing, commercial services, ride-sharing, off-road driving, or any illegal activities. Only approved drivers listed on the rental agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle. Any misuse may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
Late Return & Cancellation: Late returns may incur additional hourly or daily charges based on the vehicle type and availability. Cancellations must be made in accordance with the stated cancellation policy. Failure to provide proper notice may result in partial or full booking charges.
